Dr. Markus Strobel is founder and managing partner of imu augsburg. He taught organizational development in the context of various part-time MBA degree programs at Augsburg University and at the School of Governance (Berlin).

His focus is on integral coaching and integral organisational development, in which mind-set, behaviour patterns, processes and structures as well as cultural aspects are equally considered and developed. From his time as a competitive athlete (member of the national fencing team) he has transferred numerous principles of success to leadership. Based on the integral approach, he developed the leadership trainings “We Transform” and “Innovation Coaching”.

In the field of organisational and personal development, he has developed numerous approaches and methods that have gained international recognition. At the same time he has extensive practical experience. For more than 25 years Markus Strobel has been accompanying top executives and well over a hundred companies of various industries and sizes. In addition to major research projects, he has also accompanied change processes at companies such as KUKA, Weleda, Gore, Brose, Plansee, MTU and MAN.
