Integral Organisational Development
For us, organisational development is a multi-layered approach to aligning companies in a new and sustainable way. A strong, meaningful and authentic picture of the future opens up development perspectives for the organisation and creates orientation. Dominant processes, products, technologies, organisational structures, leadership behaviour, cultures of encounter and inner attitudes are constantly being questioned how they could fit into the future picture and developed further in a targeted manner. Without grounding a holistic, continuous development, companies cannot remain successful in current times.
The broad-based imu team has a balanced mix of generalists and specialists, all of whom have a sound integral background.
The integral organizational development has been developed significantly by imu in cooperation with hundreds of companies and several research projects, financed by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
In addition to differentiated maps for a holistic locating of the current development status of companies, integral organizational development draws on a comprehensive pool of effective methods for personal, cultural and structural transformation processes, which accompany the development from one level of competence to the next in a sound way.
Our competence gained in many years of practical expierience is available to organizations in the following ways:
- Individualized development and transformation support for companies
- Establishment of own developmental competencies in the company in form of blended learning
- Designing development frameworks for entire clusters, supply chains and industries
